Thank you for your encouraging feedback. The team on Step Forward Centre have worked hard in recent weeks to increase and improve access to exercise equipment on the ward. Some things which are now available include skipping ropes, weights, hula hoops etc. All of these things help our Service users to become more active and we encourage everyone to get involved. Dietary information is also available and we can work with our Hotel services to look specifically at healthy eating options. If you need personal advice and support, please speak with your named nurse or Occupational Therapist.

Anyone and everyone on our team is trained to care for people but if at any time you feel care falls short of your expectations, then please ask for the manager or contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Service Team.
