Thank you for your encouraging feedback. The team on Step Forward Centre have worked hard in recent weeks to increase and improve access to exercise equipment on the ward. Some things which are now available include skipping ropes, weights, hula hoops etc. All of these things help our Service users to become more active and we encourage everyone to get involved. Dietary information is also available and we can work with our Hotel services to look specifically at healthy eating options. If you need personal advice and support, please speak with your named nurse or Occupational Therapist.
Had fun and played games.
Improve on care and look after people in a more professional way.
I am sensing you have experienced unprofessional care. I am sorry to hear this and would ask everyone in our care to raise any concerns of this nature immediately you feel it happen. Anyone and everyone on our team is trained to care for people but if at any time you feel care falls short of your expectations, then please ask for the manager or contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Service Team. You can speak to them in confidence and they will help you to share your concern.
